When you are born you are fully in connection with your best self. You are fully aligned.
But over time, that connection is constantly being challenged and you lose the connection. Think of it like your Wifi connection, as life goes on you get farther and farther away from source and the connection strength goes down.
Think of a shiny gold coin from the treasure chest becoming tarnished over time. As programming and conditioning around us start to influence our beliefs and experiences we establish self-limiting beliefs and inner barriers. We may put up a protective barrier. That connection to your best self loses strength and you find yourself with less energy and fear, anxiety and overwhelm start to fill the void.
It feels like you are wandering in the wilderness with no true mission, purpose, or direction. You’ve lost access to your best self. As life goes along further events can sever the link between you and your best self or it can be repaired with solutions that fit your life. The farther you are away from your best self, the more work and consistency it will require to re-veal it.

Hi I'm Angie,
In my 30's I was in a dark time where I was extremely exhausted physically and mentally living in survival mode. I worked 80 hours a week (for about 18 months) and only slept about 3 hours a night. It looked like I had it all together. However, I was not addressing issues in my marriage, unhappiness with life and feeling lost. I was using work as my escape from 'real life' versus needing to work that much. I look back on that now and realize I lost my personal identity, isolated myself from others and avoided feeling (anything). As I addressed issues in my marriage and started sleeping better.
I set boundaries in my personal life that gave me space to share my needs and started focusing on them. I worked with a therapist on understanding my emotions (where they came from, how to feel them and how to express them). I learned how to communicate my needs and not feel guilty about it. This was a big turning point in my ability to show up fully in my personal life. I was not going to hide or escape to work when things got tough or out of alignment. I went on a journey to dig deeper, learn more about myself and how to show up in the world.
I love my journey. It led me to 21 years of amazing experiences in the tech industry even though I was a fashion merchandising major and even practiced as a retail buyer my first 6 years in the corporate world. My tech experience though brought me to the people, growth, challenges and experiences that shaped and prepared me. Now looking at ways to make life easier for others my path as a life coach is rewarding and fulfilling. It hasn't been easy though.
It finally clicked!
Much of the work I have done has been with feelings, needs and with my subconscious mind. Rewiring programming and re-writing stories that "I don't matter" and "I am not enough" has been a journey. If I struggle with escaping to work when personal life got to be too much, I'm sure others do as well. If I didn't learn how to address emotions and share my needs, I'm sure others have as well. If I was dealing with these inner barriers of "I don't matter" and "I am not enough" others must as well.
Creating lasting change has given me confidence in dealing with life issues instead of avoiding them. This even led me to becoming a life coach so I can help others overcome their inner barriers. Going deeper is where I found the impactful transformation and I want to share that with others. Rewiring old programming to overcome self-limiting beliefs, learn how to feel the feels and release negative emotions in others is my mission. I've found so many clients dealing with the same inner barriers and avoidance in personal life. I only wished I could scale the solution I found to work with so many. Then I started to think about how I love using apps and what if that is the solution. I use an app for everything and drove digital solutions in my previous career so I thought this could be a great solution. A few of my coaching clients inspired me to come up with a solution for convenience and deeper, continuous work in-between sessions. Personal transformation journeys are just that, personal. They can also be very deeply complicated based on old programming and experiences in life that have led you to this point. Frequently Asked Questions
Approximately 70 minutes a week is recommended, but you can go at your own speed! As you finish a session you will be given time in between to integrate the deep work you are doing. There is no rush! The next session will be available based on how long integration may take from the previous session. You can always go back to a session as well and access the libraries for the most impactful favorites.
When you commit to the time (10 min a day or 70 min a week) especially with Transformations, you WILL activate your best self in a way you have never felt, seen or heard before.
